In the heart of the hottest up-and-coming neighborhoods in Miami will soon come a unique indoor/outdoor venue for vendors!

The Allapattah Artisanal Market is located at the very desirable intersection of NW 29th Street and NW 7th Avenue in Allapattah. Just a five minute ride to Midtown and a two minute drive to Wynwood truly makes our location make you wanna say WOW (West of Wynwood). Florida DOT statistics offer an average daily count of 36,000 cars passing our location in any given day. _

The name Allapattah is derived from the Seminole Indian language word meaning alligator. The initial settlement of the Allapattah community began in 1856 when William P. Wagner, the earliest documented white American permanent settler, arrived from Charleston, South Carolina and established a homestead on a hammock along the Miami Rock Ridge, where Miami Jackson High School presently stands. Development ensued from 1896 and into the 20th century in the area with the completion of the Florida East Coast Railroad. _

The Allapattah Artisanal Market will be open 7 days a week from noon until 7pm. Outdoor 10×10 tent spaces will be offered at $1,250 per month with a brand new commercial tent included. 6×8 permanent indoor spaces are offered at $1,450 per month. _

We anticipate high demand for this market with anticipated opening in early January 2020. If you are interested in more information on being one of our founding vendors, kindly apply below. _
